Return & Refund Policy

Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item has not been worn, washed, or altered.
  • All original tags, hang tags, and packaging (including boxes and poly bags) are intact and included.
  • The item has a verifiable quality issue, such as a manufacturing defect (e.g., loose seam, broken zipper, printing error) or damage that occurred before delivery (e.g., stain, tear, dent).
  • You provide your order number and a clear photo showing the quality issue when you contact us.

We do not accept returns for the following reasons: change of mind, incorrect size selection (unless the item is defective), or normal wear and tear.

Return Request Process
To request a return, send an email to info@dfynesshop.sbs within 30 days of delivery. Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you wish to return
  • A clear photo showing the quality issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once we review your request, we will send you a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label. Do not send any item back before receiving a return authorization.

Return Shipping Cost
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns. Return shipping is free to you. No restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Pack the item securely using the original packaging if possible. Attach the prepaid return label and send the package to:

Refund Processing Time
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 1 to 2 business days. Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Refund Posting Time
After we process the refund, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card issuer. Typically, this takes an additional 7 to 10 business days. If you have not seen the refund after 15 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

Refund Amount
The refund amount will equal the full purchase price of the returned item. Shipping costs (if any were charged) are not refundable, but note that we offer free shipping on all orders.
