Delivery Area
We deliver to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any U.S. territories. International delivery is not available.

Order Preparation
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been prepared once it is ready for carrier pickup.

Transit Time
After your order leaves our facility, delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days. This estimate does not include the 1 to 2 business day preparation period. Delivery times may vary due to carrier operating conditions, weather delays, or high volume periods such as holidays.

Carrier Selection
The delivery carrier is selected automatically based on the destination zip code and the weight of the package. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier name and tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email. We do not offer customer-selected carrier options at this time.

Shipping Cost
All orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States receive free standard shipping. No minimum purchase is required. There are no handling fees or fuel surcharges added to your order.

Tracking Your Package
A tracking number is included in every shipment confirmation email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to check the current status of your delivery. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot modify the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@dfynesshop.sbs. We will initiate a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
